    Zaid Diaz, I am very sorry that you didn’t work out at our agency. We appreciate all of our team members and are a family. Even though things didn’t work out for you professionally here, we do wish you the best in your next venture. To be fair to the agency and your past co-workers and friends, it would be best if you don’t post negative lies. It’s slanderous but doesn’t bother us much because we know what’s true and so do the people reading it. If you wouldn’t mind deleting this review, I would certainly appreciate it. Again, we wish you the best and am sorry that your career here didn’t work out for you like it is for all of our other agency family members.

    Brenda has been incredibly helpful with our small business needs and questions (there are a lot!) and we have never felt like a bother to her. Nor has it ever felt like her answer was above our head. We really appreciate her patience and assistance with all of our tax and accounting questions as we try to grow our business.

    In my humble opinion i feel as if, Allstate insurance is a poor excuse for a insurance company, don't do it. You will save nothing in the long run, God forbid you get into an accident. customer service is rude and really not helpful they just try to push you off. If I can save just one person from getting that rip off insurance this has been worth it. I put one star, but it should be a 0. Chris, was the last good agent they had; now he is gone. Don't take my word for it, check it out for yourselves below. these are all customer reviews from current clients listed online. Elpidio Gutierrez 4 months ago- Great customer service. Felt very comfortable knowledgeable associates. Received a great business owners policy at an unbelievable low price. Would recommend their services to anyone. I thought the process would be more difficult they made it so easy. Helpful? Tish Keating 5 months ago- The Allstate agent I dealt with was Chris. He was extremely helpful and patient. I am not a person who understands insurance and the state requirements and he was more than happy to assist me in that area. He even went as far as made a conference call to my current insurer and interjected when they were giving me misleading information. I felt as if he were a family member trying to get me the best rate possible. I am very grateful to Chris and would recommend anyone needing insurance to use this agent. Helpful? DEBRA M.
